I was born and raised in Wisconsin and have lived in CA for the last 15 years. I began creating fine art mosaics in 2003 and it has become a favorite way but not only way I create as an artist. In 2014 I was awarded a scholarship through the “Society of American Mosaic Artists” and continued my education from being a self taught artist.
I have had my work published in books, featured articles and my work was invited two times now to be part of 2 year exhibitions in Muscat, Oman and Madagascar through the “US Art in Embassies” program.

I have been teaching mosaic art classes since 2014 and offer 2 mosaic art instructional videos through “Mosaic Arts Online”

My work is inspired by my environment, nature, human experience and everything I see around me.
